As a parent of two small children

As a parent of two small children, I know how important it is to be able to keep track of where they are all at all times. So when I came across the idea of buying a tablet with GPS navigation, I was thrilled. I had already found that it was very handy to be able to keep track of where my kids were all the time, and now I would be able to do the same on a smaller screen as well. Plus, having a tablet with GPS was going to make traveling much easier for me as well.

I knew that I was looking for something that had the best features and would be easy to navigate around, and once I saw the Samsung Galaxy Tab with GPS I knew that this was it. It was sleek and small, very comparable to a small laptop. Plus, you could easily access all your favorite apps and use them on this device. You could also purchase an excellent Android tablet with GPS and not even have to pay for a dedicated GPS device.

When looking for an android tablet with gps sensor, there are many different things to consider. First off, you need to decide whether you want an Android operating system or a Windows one. Both of these devices run great on tablet technology, however, Windows tablets usually run a bit slower than their Android counterparts. So, if you don't mind waiting for certain apps to load up then you should really go with an Android tablet. However, if you'd like to take full advantage of the built in GPS sensor, then a Windows based tablets could be faster.

Next, you'll want to figure out what size of screen do you need. This is important because the larger the screen on the tablet, the easier it is to navigate. Plus, the larger the display the more you can expect to see on your device. If you are someone who travels a lot then a larger display could allow you to see more details and icons on the screen at once. Most tablet with gps devices will allow you to adjust the size of the screen so it fits your hand and doesn't make it difficult to hold onto.

The final major decision you'll have to make is whether to get a tablet with GPS or a plain old tablet without one. Some people might say that tablets without GPS are just as good as a real GPS device, but what good is a cell phone if you never leave home? So it might just be worth spending the extra money for a tablet with GPS. If you are an avid traveler then a tablet with GPS will definitely come in handy since you'll have a device that's always with you. Plus, the larger displays make tablet navigation much easier and faster than it would be on a smaller device.

Finally, you'll need to decide on whether you want a tablet with a microSD card or an internal memory card. With a microSD card you have the option of storing more songs and other files that you aren't ready to transfer to your tablet device with GPS. The downside is that it will take up more room on your tablet. With an internal memory card you'll find that this tablet with gps is extremely easy to navigate because the interface is designed to be very similar to that of an actual smart phone. The biggest benefit of having a tablet with GPS though is the added mobility that it brings to the table.
